Cooking time 3 minutes (Preparation time 1 minute)
- 1 apple
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 cup spinach
- 3 inches cucumber
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 inch ginger
- 1/4 lemon
- Simply place all the ingredients into the juicer.
- Pour into a glass and add a few ice cubes.
